*The organizers will provide the participating teams with hotel accommodation (double room) in the organizer's designated hotel and with meals from the evening before the start of the tournament until the day after the elimination of the teams from the event, breakfast included.
Athletes will be personally responsible for all extras at the hotel such as mini-bar, phone calls, laundry, etc. to be paid upon checkout.
The organisers will not be required to make reservations for coaches, guests, teams’physiotherapists, friends, or family members accompanying the participating athletes.
